Im a newbie :) Yup, I will be that guy who is going to ask all of the newbie type questions ...but don't worry I'm a quick learner and best of all I take action! I started getting interested in real estate investing when I heard of the mavericks who actually make a living buying, working on, and selling/renting homes. This got me excited because from the outside looking in that seems like an awesome way to spend your time and make money. Why I think Ill be a good fit for it?
