About myself
I'm brand new to REI, located in Birmingham, AL and looking to start out with a local single family buy and hold investment. My goal is to go in with a partner on our first purchase by Late Spring - Early summer of 2021. In the mean time, I'm looking to network, become educated in all aspects (finance, legal, reading the market) needed to take the first big step, and save for a cash purchase/rehab.
