About myself
I just finished my first year out of my masters program as a nurse practitioner. Now that I'm finally having a steady job income I decided I needed to create a passive income. I love my job and love healing people. Doesn't mean I want to work full time the rest of my life. I'm in the initial phases of learning the ropes on the knowledge side. I am in the middle of nowhere Alaska at the moment. Not exactly prime real estate for rentals. Especially when I'll be moving away in the next couple of years.
