I have been a traditional "buy and hold" real estate investor in SFH in the past but have decided to move into Multi Family Units (MFU) to improve cash on cash returns, scalability and better control of asset values. One thing I've learned about MFU's is that it's a team sport so I'm looking forward to connecting with any like-minded individuals who may be interested in partnering/syndicating for MFU deals and discussing how we can build a strategy/business plan/partnership that meets all of the objectives.
