I am a real estate investor in Oklahoma City, OK. I recently moved here from southern Utah and bought a home in Yukon. We plan to turn this into a rental very soon when we buy another property (I essentially think of this as house hacking since I can do a low down payment). I am looking to acquire properties in this manner over the next few years, as well as do more traditional investments (not house hacking). I am an external auditor at a national CPA firm for my day job. A fun hobby that I do is ceramics. I have my own kiln and wheel to make a lot of mugs and vases.
