Just moved back to home state of Washington after spending the last 4.5 years in San Francisco. Made my first purchases this summer and looking to keep growing. Interested in multifamily properties in emerging markets where there is growth to back up strong positive cashflow, as well as markets on the West Coast that are further along in the cycle. Personals interests include reading, running, hiking, travel (both international and domestic), and skiing.
