Currently: Looking to find a city to invest. I was always interested in real estate but was too busy running a business or business running me. Now that am “free” of my work, i am searching, studying, researching to invest actively. My parents and I ran a manufacturing company and I wore every hat imaginable of a small business. The hats that i liked the most was being hands on, calling new customers, keeping current customers happy, and dealing properly with vendors. I would love to keep talking to people and keep my spanish sharp and keep honning the art of negotation. Short Goal: Study, Research, and Experience it. Mid Goal: Successfully run a real estate business End Goal: $500,000.00 a year
