I am a Real Estate Investor, Realtor and US Navy Officer. I prefer long term holdings but distressed properties know no barriers and are always ready to improve your financial profile. I have invested in three SFR so far, my first one could be considered a "House Hack" since I subsidize my mortgage renting rooms to college students and a few travelers through Airbnb. Then I purchased a second SFR close to SDSU, I had it on AirBnB until it was feasible and now is on LTR. Then, I decided to try overseas investment, just to have the experience, learn and to have a place to stay for free in a beach town. As everyone else I keep learning and enjoy meeting awesome investors along the way.
