About myself
I live in Portland, Oregon. I got a PhD in an engineering major. I work at a semiconductor company. I have two young kids that mean everything to me. I bought my residential home back in 2019. That’s the only experience with real estate. I have some savings and stocks but doesn’t seem quite add up to %25 down payment of a commercial real estate. I have no experience with real estate. I would love to buy multi family home to eventually get free of my full time job and build enough wealth for my kids for their future.
