I can also assist in establishing businesses, buying and selling real property or businesses, and drafting contracts (such as leases, promissory notes, mortgages, non-compete agreements, etc.). I am also personally involved with real estate investing as I am an investor looking for single-family houses (ideally 3+ bed/2+ bath, pool, garage, and highly-rated school districts, purchase price between $250,000-450,000) to fix and flip in Broward County. I am specifically looking for deals in the NE Fort Lauderdale neighborhoods of Coral Ridge, Coral Ridge Isles, Imperial Point; Oakland Park; Parkland; or close-by areas).
