Peter D'Auteuil

Hi Everyone! I’m real estate investor, entrepreneur and agent in San Diego and Los Angeles. Pre-Covid, I ran my own co-living business in San Francisco, offering furnished rooms to young professionals that need temporary, flexible housing. Today my focus is in furthering myself as an investment agent and investor, with a particular interest in the value-add multifamily space in Southern California. In my free time my hobbies include surfing, fitness, reading, riding motorcycles, and watching sports. My goal on BP is to connect with like-minded investors and learn everything I can about REI. I'm particularly looking to connect with investors in the LA / OC / SD areas, but always happy to chat with interesting people no matter where you are from. I'm looking forward to connecting with you guys!
