About myself
I am Real Estate Developer and a Real Estate Investor. My wife and I live in HPP with 29-doors owned on nine (9) properties. All properties are in in the HPP, Ainaloa and Orchid land area, except for one home in Maui (Pukalani). We love buying from wholesalers or giving referral fees - or just connecting to other investors - no matter where you are on your path. I have worked for Castle & Cooke, Schuler Homes, A&B - then started my own firm in 2006. I recently (2022) finished a 32-unit subdivision in Maui and I am just finishing a 5-unit development on Oahu. Looking to do more creative investment deals on the Big Island. My wife and I plan on retiring on the Hilo side.
