I am a mid-career, part time family physician and real estate investor. I plan to continue my work as a physician which I enjoy, while continuing to invest in real estate for the long term cash flow for retirement and for generational wealth for our 3 children. As a buy and hold investor, I primarily invest in residential real estate, both single family and multifamily.
