Hi! My name is Peter and I currently live in Austin. During the day, I am a product designer. Along with real estate, I am passionate about solving business problems. I got started by generating cash from my day job along with trading options. I focus on buy & hold rental properties where tech workers will potentially move to. My strategy is to invest the rental income's "float" to generate more cash flow and to decrease risk. I currently self-manage 3 units.
