I graduated from Alfred State in May 2019 with a Bachelors in Construction Management and worked for a few local developers. While I was a W2 employee, I was able to purchase my first house hack. During the process of screening long term tenants, I decided to furnish the unit I wasn't living in make it a short term rental. The process of purchasing my first property inspired me to become a real estate agent to help other investors.
