Philip Gephardt

My name is Philip Gephardt, and I'm the owner of Gephardt Estates LLC. I have been a buy-and-hold investor, since the market distress of 2010. I have successfully invested in real estate in Arizona, Utah, Illinois and Florida, but am looking to branch into further markets. If you are an agent, wholesaler that is excited about your area, and finding deals for investors, I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU. I'm looking for agents/wholesalers who want to find me smoking deals, so that I come back over-and-over again for years to come, to our mutual benefit. Since I'll be new to your market, I'll need help with contractors, property managers, inspectors, insurance companies, etc. In 2021 I will be selling my entire portfolio in Tempe, AZ and should have substantial capital on the other end of the sales (my first property is set to close on January 12, 2021, and will have $250,000 walking away in that sale alone). I should see a similar net on my second property which is currently being rehabbed, and will likely close sometime in March. I'm currently intrigued by the following markets, but am still exploring any markets that provide good ROIs: San Antonio, Chicago, Clevaland, Milwaukee, New Orleans, Dallas/Fort Worth and Pittsburgh.
