About myself
I'm a buy and hold investor from Greensburg, Indiana. I bought my first house in April 2016. In May of 2023 I was able to pull out equity in a few of my homes and purchase a flooring company in Indianapolis. This company combined with buy and hold real estate I have purchased enabled me to finally leave the rat race. I'm looking to keep growing my portfolio with SFHs, flips, and maybe get into STRs. Thanks to anyone on here who has helped me on this journey!
