I'm a 48 yo french man, married, 1 child. I've been in Miami, FL for 4 years I am already an Investor in small business but I'm strongly interested in starting investments in Commercial Real Estate (building apartments) through creative financial strategies such as Master Lease Option. I also very interested in acquiring properties through the Delinquent Property Taxes Strategy. Experience: I used to be a Rental Real Estate investor in France for several years (10y+) focused in tiny apartments (100 sqft totally equipped and furnished) rented to students.
