Hey BP I’m Phil. I started to follow BP and started studying all the different aspects and niches of real estate investing in early 2019 and I really fell in love with it. I’m super passionate about it and can talk all day if you want to share ideas! I even became a licensed real estate agent in NY in 2019 but have recently moved to San Diego in September 2020 with my girlfriend. We don’t know too many people here so if you live or plan to visit SD sometime we would love to hang out and share ideas! My end goal is multifamily rentals but self storage sounds like it’s really about to take off even more than it has!
