About myself
My name is Phillip Austin, I am a novice RE investor with one property under me. I am recently a new resident to the Charleston, SC area, I am looking to learn more about the area and where the development and populations are moving to. I am a buy and hold investor with desires to start in single-family and move into large commercial multi-family in the near future.
