Hello fellow entrepueners, I'm a married 35 year old male from rural Kentucky. My actual career is running a small electric/hvac repair business with my family. On the side, the same family members also own a small handfull of income properties. My parents started developing properties in the eighties and upon my decision to work in the electric business they insisted that I also start on my own retirement (real estate). We all own our properties seperatly but collectively we maintain and manage them in-house while dividing the cost between us. We have different properties from one medium and one small mobile home park, multiple mobile homes, multiple single family constructed homes, apartments (16plex down to 4plex's) and even a small mini storage facility. I don't know if we have a system worked out but the one we have seems to be working for us. My brother and I recently found the pockets podcast and are openly listening to other investors hoping to pick up some tips and maybe hone our operation.
