Phillip Tamez

Hello my name is Phillip Tamez. I am a former realtor and currently Active Duty Military in the US Navy and have been very interested in real estate, all aspects of it. I want to broaden my scope of real estate and have recently been broadening my education on REI. Investing in my real estate education has been one of the best investments I have made. I have been reading a few of the BiggerPockets books and feel I am getting the grasp and concepts of investing. My goals are to own multiple 2-4 unit multifamily properties, as well as fix n flips, and eventually commercial properties. I am looking to house hack my current property and really get into the BRRRR strategy moving forward. I plan on building my Core Four and creating great long lasting relationships. Also looking for partners, hard money lenders, and private lenders! I look forward to speaking to all of you and sharing ideas about REI!
