My wife and I started investing in Real Estate in July of 2013. We started in single family and have shifted to multi-family Investing over the last couple of years. In early 2021, I was able to 'retire' early from a successful corporate career and am now focused on expanding our real estate portfolio. Through my experiences I have become more and more passionate about entrepreneurship, real estate, and leadership. I aspire to help others succeed and do more than they thought possible. Experience: We have ~ 300 units total including 20 sfh and duplex units, and apartment complexes of 10, 16, 70, 72 and 116 units, with 2 additional complexes in contract as of April 2021. We have also sold multiple SFH and apartment complexes. We typically purchase properties that are distressed or mismanaged so we can add value. We have properties in Sidney, Piqua, Troy and Dayton OH, and are open to other markets. Real Estate Goals: I am passionate about real estate with a goal to build our real estate portfolio to 1000 units by 2024, enabling us to build a company with a phenomenal company culture that develops aspiring entrepreneurs and leaders. Currently Seeking: -Networking with other investors, brokers, property managers, etc. -Deals in Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Troy, Piqua, Lima, Fort Wayne and Toledo and other Ohio, Indiana or Kentucky cities. -Open to Partnerships & Opportunities
