Hi I recently renovated my previous home which is now under lease. In the next couple months I am planning to buy my next rental property, waiting to get caught up and settled into the new home first. In the mean time I've been educating myself by listening to the bp podcasts on ways to find the opportune property and different ways to finance. It's all been very informative. Looking forward to interacting and sponging up as much info as possible before my next move!! Was previously a PA real estate agent for 3+ years. I am planning on retaking the required course to once again obtain my real estate license. I agree w J Scott, makes a lot of sense.
