I started with a 12-unit small apartment complex and I'm loving it. I am looking at expanding this year with 3 other properties that will take my portfolio to 59 units, 1 house and 2 small commercial buildings. My professional background is Sound Design and Audio Engineering for professional theater. Husband, musician, out-of-the-box thinker and follower of biblical principles and instruction. I would like to reach a level of financial independence where I can focus on what is really important to me: Yahweh, my wife, family, friends, fellowship and making good food from scratch out of the garden.
