Licensed real estate agent and software engineer based in Chicago. I work with investors on multifamily deals in Cook County and I also build the tools I wish existed when I started analyzing properties. I built Realytica (realytica.com) - a free platform that runs investment analysis on every residential listing in Cook County. Cap rate, NOI, projected taxes after homeowner exemption lapse, rental estimates from MLS lease data, and building-level sale comps from county records. All pre-computed on every property page, no spreadsheet required. My day job is building open-source data infrastructure at the University of Chicago. Before that I worked in backend engineering at Tegus and Echo Global Logistics. MS in Data Science from DePaul, BS in Computer Science and Biology from Loyola Chicago.
