Phillip Lirette

What's up yall! I'm Phillip. I've been interested in real estate investing for some time now, but just recently got serious about it. I'm hoping to get more involved in the near future by purchasing my first investment property. I love learning about REI so if you have any books, podcast, or websites you think I should check out to further my education, let me know!
