Patricia Maxwell

I have been a real estate investor/developer since 2002. Due to several frequent moves to undetermined locations (some potentially out of the country) over the next few years, I purchase my investments much more sparingly than when I was a full-time investor. So, while I'm on 'hold' from building my RE legacy, it gives me great pleasure to see the wealth-building process unfold for all those on Bigger Pockets, regardless of their investment level. Until I am able to go full steam ahead, I enjoy and celebrate the victories and wins of my fellow investors on Bigger Pockets. I absolutely love to learn and improve my craft, and I am always learning something new from others in the industry.
