Paul Munly

I'm a fully licensed insurance agent in California, former military, MBA, MISM, and new to Real Estate Investing. I'm interested multi-family real estate investing, mostly due to the potential for cash flow and eventually semi-passive income. I recently moved from Manassas, VA to Oroville, CA and am in the process of finding a multifamily property to purchase. Outside of real estate, I'm a husband with no kids (yet), and four furry companions (two golden retrievers and two cats). I've got an IT background and know how to code in Java, VisualBasic (and VB for Applications -- i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access), HTML, and some Python, I can design and build relational SQL databases from scratch. Experience: Purchased a single-family home in Manassas, Virginia in 2012 for $266k, sold in November 2016 for $350k. Otherwise, learning about purchasing multifamily properties. Real Estate Goals: I am using real estate to grow my personal wealth so I can spend more time with my family, continue my professional education, and contribute more meaningfully to my community. I intend to own three investment properties by December, 2020.
