Rick Jennings

I've done it all: Tech companies during the dot com era and then lending, title, real estate, and construction companies during the real estate boom. Currently I am managing several developments overseas, specifically Ecuador & Belize. I have adapted and remained proactive in dodging the changes in economy with the best of them. I was one of the many who invested heavily in real estate during the boom and have the scars of experience to prove it. I have battled foreclosure, side-stepped bankruptcy, and lost 100 million dollar contracts due to banks rolling over. In the process of these battles and experiences during the boom, uncovered a fews pearls of wisdom and gems of hope. All necessary to survive and pull through these hard times. Being in the real estate network I have developed relationships with major developers and bankers as well as built homes and written mortgage loans for small families. I can relate on most levels the pain that is being felt across the board. Reality is I have a message and solutions that I want to share with the world and I firmly believe that if my message is heard it will help those that are not sure what to do in hard times. With a Masters Degree in Computer Science and a Military Intelligence background I have most recently taken on several Tech startups, mentored entrepreneurs, developed mobile apps, and continue to pursue educational platforms to teach and be taught.
