As the son of a realtor, I have always loved real estate. It was not until I started reading financial planning books that my love for real estate blossomed (only took 23 years!). I'm an avid reader of all things real estate and recently bought my first Owner-Occupied 3 Family in Bayonne, New Jersey. I am re-locating to Houston for work and will be leveraging another 3.5% down FHA loan (> 100 mile relocation) to purchase my second House Hack!
