I joined bigger pockets to self educate and soak up as much info from these brilliant members....Here goes nothing 🤗 Experience: I have worked in Real Estate market research for over 10 years in NYC and as a Housing Assistant for the New York City Housing Authority straight out of college. Currently own a townhouse in Hackensack NJ which is a surrounding city to NYC. Real Estate Goals: I would like to close on our first multi family before 2019. ⌛⏰🕑 Currently Seeking: Seeking the "right" city in northern NJ to purchase a 3+ multi family to create passive income. Also not opposed to stepping out of my tri-state.
