John Nelson

I study complex systems. Right now, I'm a Ph.D. candidate. I'll finish that later this year (2016). I'm interested in real estate because the academic life is not the life for me. I like money, less for luxurious and conspicuous consumption; more for the opportunities afforded. However, I do need intellectual stimulation -- a lot of it. Thankfully, real estate is a huge part of the complex system we call the economy. It's fun to model and think about, so it satisfies that need. I think I'll like it here.
