I am an engineer turned finance professional. I have been involved in commercial real estate and banking for quite sometime now. My experience is largely shaped by a career in large wall street institutions in CRE / Multifamily underwriting and asset management and also working for large multifamily owner operators, some of them with excess of 20,000+ units. I have pioneered a unique approach to data-driven operations and portfolio management for large multifamily REITs. I am also an expert in Excel with deep technical and modeling skills. My goal is to have my own multifamily investment platform and am looking to network with potential partners who have similar goals in multifamily syndications. Experience: I am an expert in multifamily underwriting & revenue management, and all things excel and financial modeling. Real Estate Goals: I am looking to build a portfolio of multis in sunbelt states. Currently Seeking: I am looking to learn the ropes of multifamily syndication (capital aggregation) and deal sourcing and seeking advice and direction.
