Experience: I have minimal experience in real estate. About 15 years ago, I did purchase two properties that I renovated, rented, then eventually sold. I work in the insurance industry and was a catastrophe adjuster for about 10 years. I have experience working with contractors from simple roof replacements to complete home rebuilds. Real Estate Goals: Learn, Learn, Learn. My immediate goal is to learn as much about flipping single family homes as I can. I'd like to flip 2 to 3 properties per year for the next two years. Ultimately, I'd like to make real estate investing/flipping my full time job. Financial freedom! Currently Seeking: Seeking like minded individuals that have experience in flipping homes that I can learn from; or individuals starting out like myself that I can work with, and eventually build a team focussed on success. Also looking for an experienced real estate agent in the Atlanta area that specialize in or have experience working with investors that flip homes. Leads on good, trustworthy GC's is always welcomed. I'm sure what I'm seeking will evolve over time. I'm just getting started so looking forward to the many challenges I will face.
