Preston Nakayama

I started investing in 2013 when I purchased a single family house in Northern Colorado. Prior to that I had only worked on a few rehab projects. Currently, my goal is to get a 4-unit or similar multifamily property in the future, as time and funds allow. I received a Bachelor's degree in Business concentrating in real estate and went to graduate school for urban planning. Previously I've worked in property management, city planning, and property development in the senior living sector. As a licensed agent with Velocity Real Estate & Investments in Fort Collins, I enjoy assisting others in finding new properties to add to their portfolios. I too, would ultimately like a real estate portfolio that allows me to become financially free.
