About myself
I am a newbie real estate investor in the Jacksonville, FL area. My goal is to make my first purchase within the next 6 months. In fact, July 28th is my dead line to make a move. I am interested in wholesale, flips, and buy and hold properties. My main goal is to flip three houses and hold one each year.
