Lanscaper, painter, drywall, repairs, updgrades, I am a cosmetic repair/forced appreciation specialist. I make ugly houses beautiful inside and out. I've flipped over 40 properties since 2007, however I was a hired GC. I've built my own company and now I'd like to flip my own properties. Every home I've ever worked as a flip produced a list of interested buyers before market listing. Making properties gorgeous & learning to do it better is my hobby. Making a home beautiful just makes me feel good. Even though it's a lot of hard work, I don't see it that way. I love what I do, it's fun. My ability to get things done below retail cost is pretty awesome. Changing a property from "Yuck" to "Wow!" is my thing.
