Hi, I’m Priscilla Rodriguez, founder of Noble Key Enterprise LLC. I work across commercial real estate acquisitions and investor relations, helping connect investors with passive commercial real estate opportunities and experienced ownership teams. On the investor side, I focus on helping people understand how passive commercial real estate investing works, what to look for in an opportunity, and how to evaluate whether a deal aligns with their goals. My approach is relationship-first, because I believe investors should feel informed, comfortable, and confident in the opportunities they choose to pursue. On the acquisitions side, I partner with experienced ownership teams to source, screen, and evaluate commercial real estate opportunities before they move into deeper underwriting and due diligence. My primary focus is multifamily, while remaining open to select opportunities across other commercial asset classes when they fit the strategy. I work closely with brokers, sponsors, operators, and investors to create strong connections, uncover opportunities, and help move the right deals forward.
