Priscilla Swantner

Hello! I’m Priscilla Swantner and I’m a serial business owner. I have a real estate sales team in Clovis, NM and in Los Angeles, CA. I’ve been a long-term real estate investor since 2004 and just started investing in STR in 2019. Currently, I’m working with rehabbing and developing properties in Los Angeles. My background started in Mortgage financing in 2003. I worked as a loan officer and an underwriter. Altogether, I have 12 years experience in mortgages. As of 2021, I have 9 years of experience in real estate sales. And 17 years of investing experience.
