Good morning my name is Emile and I am a 28 year old male from New Orleans, LA. I have a B.A. in History and I am currently a hard working father/husband trying to provide for my family. With my background in History I know how the banks work even though they make the average person go through hurdles to get financing when the banks themselves create money out of nothing more than legal paperwork. So I have decided to be my own bank and practice(hopefully master) the strategy known as hypothecation. Using this strategy I have entered the realm of real estate investing, but since my cash flow is extremely low I am looking for private lending investors who can finance me enough to jump start my cash flow. Once this happens I strongly believe I will have no problem letting the steam ball roll. I have been working on some real estate deals in which i have been drafting deals to prospects selling property. While I and draft deals as a buyer I am also drafting offers to sell the property at profit. At this moment in time I am close to making at a deal on at least 5 deals. 3 of the sellers have an agent trying to handle the transaction the traditional way asking of me pre-approval letters from banks. Since i am not using banks I hope one of the private lenders will step in with financing to get tie up the contracts. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
