I have always had a passionate interest in Real Estate. I began actively applying this interest in 2005, when he purchased his first investment property. I have continued to apply effective valuation techniques and market research to ensure other acquisitions continued to provide equity and appropriate cash flows. As a result of these efforts, I identified that most Licensed Real Estate Brokers had a hard time identifying and supporting investors from an analytical perspective. This understanding led me to get my North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s license in 2013. I have supported acquisitions for the largest residential investors in the country. As a result, I have learned to apply many of the best practices utilized by the largest institutional investors to the benefit of myself and my clients. In this role I have supported hundreds of real estate transactions. I have also developed proprietary processes to automate property underwriting; allowing thousands of properties to be valued in the same time it would take a standard agent to value one property. In these efforts I have been able to continue to develop a number of skills to include property underwriting, investment analysis, cash-flow development, contract negotiation and management.
