Quentin Jivery

Hello my name is Quentin and I’m so excited to let everyone know a little bit about myself. I’m not an oregon native originally I’m from good ol Southern California but have since moved around in the last few years. I currently work as a union carpenter and have my own moving company (so if anyone needs help moving in oregon im your guy!) My life completely changed about 9 months ago when my wife and I found out we were pregnant and now we have a screaming nocturnal bundle of joy who keeps us up all night and makes us smile all day. I’m really excited to start my journey in real estate and learn as much as I can from all of you, there are so many smart people on this website it’s unbelievable. I’m interested MOST of all in BRRRS but I’m still new at analyzing the numbers and understanding what is enough margin and what to offer. I would love to move into the multi family space and maybe even do a house hack to start. Thanks for reading my incredibly long and poorly written bio I hope I can learn as much as I possibly can from all of you and get my journey started. ( I hope in about 3 to 6 months I can update this bio and not sound like such a newbie!)
