Karen Fayson

Currently I am a law firm administrator. While I've been full-time in the legal industry for many years, I also have had a previous life as a realtor, mortgage underwriter and then as a loan officer. Pre-2008, I dabbled in single family home investments, but nothing on a grand scale. For the past 10 years, I have also been part-owner of a home remodeling/repair business. I love and am grateful for my current position, but I am finally ready to begin a life as an active investor. My sons are ready to embark on this journey with me, as is my home remodeling business partner. I listen daily to the BP podcasts and they have given me the encouragement and knowledge I needed to jump in the water with both feet! I look forward to getting to know some of the members and to learning more from this forum.
