For the past few years, my partner and I have set out to "flip the script" on mobile/manufactured homes. We began flipping in this niche to create some extra income for ourselves, and in the process discovered a market that is extremely underserved. We take some of the most outdated or neglected mobile homes and leave behind a luxury dream home in it's place. We have enjoyed this journey thus far and are constantly looking for ways to scale and to network with likeminded individuals along the way. We have recently moved to Columbia, South Carolina and are getting into multi-family/SFH investing; both long term buy-and-hold, as well as flipping/rehabbing. If you’re in the area, let’s connect!
