My husband and I are real estate investment beginners researching and learning what styles and deals may work best for us. I am also a licensed realtor in the central Florida area, not very active because I prefer to work with like-minded, diligent people. More than happy to help others with local information, MLS data, listings, and partner in good deals either here or in other markets. My view is that real people helping each other, covering risks in partnership, giving solid data and advice, being creative with investment ideas (with solid analysis of course) is the way forward in this and any market.
