In her spare time, Rachel enjoys volunteering in her community, spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, camping, snowboarding, and extreme obstacle course races! Rachel also loves the beach and anything to do with water, but she finds her true fulfillment in helping others. Get to know Rachel professionally: Rachel's Real Estate background includes a successful 16 year career in Property Management including, Multi-family Residential Real Estate where she served as District Manager, Senior Property Manager, Acquisitions Manager, Property preservation specialist/Inspector, among many other exciting roles throughout the United States - Well versed & experienced in Fair Housing laws, Property / Asset Management, (Mixed use, Multi-Fam, SFR) ROI and R.E. investments in general, you can put your trust in her hands! Rachel is currently licensed in the commonwealth of Virginia and serves all surrounding tri-cities within the region. In 2018, Rachel earned her CNE destination (Certified Negotiation Expert). Agents who receive this certification are amongst the top agents in the country/industry. In 2023, Rachel earned her Virginia Real Estate Brokers license.
