Hello! I am a hard working, extremely driven human being and that is why real estate has me trapped. I LOVE it. I'm currently getting my real estate license, mainly just because I want the knowledge. We fell into our first two rental properties, and now want MORE! We have turned our two into STR's and Airbnb has been so fun for us. We are at the point where it is our goal to quit our 9-5 jobs. I feel we can do this after one more property acquisition. Flipping is a goal in the future once we get more rentals and a steady passive income. I am a business minded person and have my own soccer training company "Train Like A Girl Soccer" as well. I have trainers across Utah that do trainings for young girls. We have started an STR management company "Kirkham Kastles" where we manage 20+ Airbnbs for other people as well as our own. We are having a blast and love the hospitality aspect of it. My husband and I have learned we will NEVER be happy working for someone else.
