My husband and I currently own a duplex that I manage. We also own a SFH in Largo, FL we rent as a STR. I'm currently looking for people to partner with in my local area to further my education in rehab/flipping. I would also love to connect with wholesaler(s) who could help find/facilitate deals for SFH or small multi-family with sellers open to seller carry.
