I am an I.T. consultant and a RE Investor. I enjoy learning new things and having new experiences. I love to travel so I am always ready to pack my bags and head out on a new adventure. For that matter, having the option to “pick up and go” is one the primary motivating factors for why I want to invest time and money to generate passive income, and create a fulfilling life for my loved ones and myself. I’m looking to network with other fellow investors and also finding rehab, buy and hold deals. Experience: Three rehabs, flips. Own and manage 15 doors in the Chicagoland area. Real Estate Goals: Create passive income flow through a diverse portfolio of properties that allows me the opportunity to make the career shift from IT to real estate.
